Feel lighter, the botanical way.
Water Balance Complex brings together dandelion leaf, juniper berry, buchu, corn silk, and cranberry, herbs traditionally used to support the body's natural fluid balance. We added vitamin B6 and potassium for electrolyte support. One capsule with a meal when you're feeling puffy or bloated.
What's working
Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale) is the backbone of the formula. It has been used for centuries in European and Chinese herbal traditions to support healthy urine flow, and it's naturally rich in potassium. We use a 4:1 extract, so each 225 mg reflects about 900 mg of leaf.*
Juniper berry, buchu, and corn silk round out the botanical base. Each has a long traditional history of supporting the body's natural elimination of excess water.*
Vitamin B6 and potassium support normal fluid and electrolyte balance.* Vitamin B6 also supports healthy energy metabolism.*
Cranberry, green tea, apple cider vinegar, and watermelon add antioxidant-rich plant compounds to the blend.*
What it supports*
- Healthy fluid balance
- Temporary relief from occasional water retention and bloating
- Normal electrolyte balance
- The body's natural elimination of excess water
