Maeteria Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

Maeteria’s mobile messaging program is operated by Halcyon Dynamics, LLC (“Maeteria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms describe your participation in our SMS/text messaging program.

Your subscription

When you expressly opt in to Maeteria text messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include Maeteria news, product launches, new arrivals, promotions, and special offers. We may use automated technology to send these messages.

Joining is voluntary. You do not need to agree to receive marketing texts to make a purchase. Signing up for our emails alone does not subscribe you to text messages.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Maeteria does not charge a subscription fee for this program. Your wireless provider may charge for messages and data according to your plan, including texts you send or receive. Contact your provider with questions about those charges.

How to unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a Maeteria text message. You may receive one final text confirming your cancellation. Afterward, we will stop sending messages through this program unless you subscribe again.

You may also contact support@maeteria.com to request removal. We will honor other valid requests to withdraw consent as required by applicable law.

Your mobile number

Provide a mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. If you change or give up that number, please unsubscribe or notify us so we can update our records.

Availability and delivery

Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network conditions. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive, and the program may not be available on every device or network. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell your SMS opt-in information or consent status or share it with other companies for their marketing. We may provide this information to service providers as necessary to operate and deliver our messaging program.

Program updates

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the program, subject to applicable law. Revised terms will appear on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide notice or obtain additional consent when required.
