30-Day Return Window
Products purchased directly from Maeteria.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement product, where appropriate

Eligible Items
Products must be purchased directly from Maeteria.com.
We accept returns on:
- Unopened products
- Gently used products (within reason)
- Damaged or defective items
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products intentionally damaged or misused
- Gift cards
- Promotional items or free gifts
- Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
For returns resulting from damage, defects, or shipping errors, Maeteria will provide a prepaid return label.
For satisfaction-based returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Purchases from Other Retailers
Products purchased through Amazon, retail stores, or other third-party sellers are subject to the return policies of those retailers.
