At Maeteria, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the following shipping information.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping:
1–3 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
Free shipping promotions are subject to change without notice and may exclude Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and certain oversized items.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Maeteria is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment or suite numbers
- Undeliverable locations
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Maeteria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maeteria.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to:
- International destinations
- P.O. Boxes for certain carriers
- Freight forwarding services
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order contains multiple items.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- Holidays
- High shipping volumes
Maeteria is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
