How the 15 days work

Before you start
Contains senna and cascara sagrada, which are stimulant laxatives. For occasional use only. Do not use for more than 7 days in a row. Take each dose with at least 8 oz of water: taking this product without enough liquid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus, causing choking. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing.
Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or loose stools, or if you have a bowel condition. Stop use and see a doctor if you have rectal bleeding or no bowel movement after use. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women, or anyone under 18. Talk to your doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, a heart or kidney condition, or take prescription medication, especially diuretics or heart medication. Do not combine with diuretic products, including our Water Balance Complex. Keep out of reach of children.
