    I work out regularly but recovery is a real pain in the neck figuratively and literally haha. I've tried different balms and a friend had one from this company for stress and it was really nice but I ordered this one for my workout. It's really nice and strong without having too much of that burning or medicine smell. And they're really soft not greasy like an ointment. It's hard to explain but I think that's why it works well. I use it before and after and it really removes the discomfort from my heavy lifting.
